We were carrying out a major reorganisation with the theme: Make your colleague good.
And to that effect, the Behavioural profile has been really prefect.

We chose the Behavioural profile because it appears to be the best model, by far, in my opinion. Style, language, examples, approach (positive/negative) and its use of colours make it very sensible and easy to use in practice.

We have obtained a markedly improved internal working climate and increased awareness of each other’s strengths and weaknesses – and, above all, we have changed the division of labour on the basis of the profile.

We also use the profile for coaching our talents and elite sailers – including those participating at the Olympics.

I can only highly recommend the Behavioural profile.
